Terms of Service

Welsoma provides guided meditation and self-hypnosis audio for general wellbeing, available by subscription. We're an Australian business and these terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Welsoma's content is for relaxation, focus and general wellbeing. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. If you have a physical or mental health condition, are pregnant, or have any concerns, please speak with your doctor before using guided audio.

Do not listen to any session while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires your full attention. Use the sessions in a safe, comfortable place where it's fine to relax deeply or fall asleep.

You need an account to subscribe. Keep your login details secure and let us know promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Welsoma, and the information you give us should be accurate and up to date.

• Free trial. Where offered, your trial gives you full access for the stated period. Unless you cancel before it ends, your subscription automatically starts and the plan price is charged.
• Recurring billing. Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly or annually, depending on your plan — until you cancel. We charge the payment method on file through our payment provider, Stripe.
• Prices. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We may change prices, but we'll give you notice before a change affects you.
• Cancelling. You can cancel any time from your account. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Beyond your legal rights, we generally don't offer refunds for change of mind on a subscription already in progress — the free trial is there to help you decide first. If something's gone wrong, email hello@welsoma.com and we'll make it right.

Your subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream Welsoma's sessions for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not download, copy, record, redistribute, resell, publicly play or share the audio, or try to get around the access controls that protect it. All content, trademarks and the Welsoma name remain our property or that of our licensors.

You agree not to:

• Share your account or let others use your subscription.
• Interfere with, probe or attempt to breach the security of the service.
• Use the service unlawfully or in a way that harms others or Welsoma.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, where needed to protect the service and other members.

We work hard to keep Welsoma running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or uninterrupted. We may update, add or remove sessions and features over time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law, Welsoma is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date above, and for significant changes we'll give you reasonable notice. Continuing to use Welsoma after a change means you accept the updated terms.
